InstaDispatch is a cloud-based delivery management system for courier, logistics, freight forwarding, and e-commerce teams. It handles order booking, automated dispatch, job allocation, route planning, and planning routes across multiple vehicles. Digital proof of delivery can record signatures, OTPs, barcodes, photos, comments, timestamps, and geo-coordinates. Customers can receive milestone updates by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Listed integrations include DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, Shopify, Magento, Amazon, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, and Stripe. The Android and iOS driver app works offline, keeping delivery and proof-of-delivery records locally until connectivity returns.
