IntakeAI
IntakeAI adds a website chat widget for law firms to collect prospective clients’ details, qualify cases, and arrange consultations. The widget asks visitors for a name, phone number, email address, and case summary. A bot trained on a firm’s practice areas can accept relevant inquiries or decline those outside its scope; qualified visitors can book through Calendly. After intake, the firm receives an email with the lead’s contact details, case type, and conversation. The widget can be added to WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or a custom HTML site using a script tag. IntakeAI collects information and schedules consultations, but does not provide legal opinions, case-outcome advice, or strategy. The free Starter plan allows one chatbot and 50 conversations per month. Professional costs $99 a month for one chatbot and 500 conversations; Growth costs $199 a month for three chatbots and unlimited conversations. The web service also lists a 30-day trial.
