MiClub Golf is a cloud-based management system for golf clubs and courses, covering tee bookings, competitions, memberships, payments, and marketing. Booking tools handle membership categories, waitlists, email and SMS reminders, multiple courses, booking restrictions, and optional payments. The competition module offers more than 60 competition types, live leaderboards, reporting, and kiosk registration, card printing, and score entry. Clubs can add modules as their requirements change. Optional Lifestyle Membership uses points when members book tee times and supports bundles, offers, and expiry dates. Pay for Play lets private clubs sell selected times and public courses manage available inventory. Voucher and trigger marketing uses booking data to configure customer engagement. The MiScore app supports digital scoring, scorecard submission, pace-of-play tracking, and GPS distance measurement. The competition system is accredited for Golf Australia CONNECT and integration with DotGolf in New Zealand. MiClub says Australian users’ data is hosted in Australia, and its local helpdesk is staffed seven days a week. Founded in 2000, MiClub is headquartered in Perth. Pricing is on request.
