iSecretShop is a job board and software platform that gathers mystery shopping and research assignments from multiple providers. Opportunities include covert mystery shops, competitive price audits, merchandising, market research panels, intercept interviews and overt audits. Shoppers can schedule assignments, complete them in the field, attach photos with geotags and date and time stamps, and submit work from a mobile device. Alerts combine aggregated available-shop emails, phone push notifications and targeted geo-zones. Shoppers can use the iPhone or Android app, mobile web or a computer; a smartphone is not required. The iOS and Android apps are free, and the service says businesses pay for it. iSecretShop does not pay shoppers: companies offering assignments set their own payment policies. Businesses can contact iSecretShop about using the platform for internal audits and demonstrations, but no public business plan price is listed. The iOS listing supports iPhone and iPad and requires iOS 15.1 or later for iPhone.
