In their own words
IObit Uninstaller
IObit Uninstaller is a Windows utility for removing programs, Windows apps, and related leftovers. Its free version includes batch uninstall, drag-and-drop uninstall, Windows app removal, and automatic cleanup of leftover items. The product can remove unwanted pre-installed Windows apps and system components, and it detects and manages trusted, ad-injecting, and malicious browser plugins. Forced uninstall creates a system restore point before removal. The listed free version supports Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, Vista, and XP. Pro adds automatic removal of leftover files, folders, and registry traces, plus premium technical support. The 1-PC Pro plan is listed at $14.77 per year, and the 3-PC Pro plan at $16.77 per year; both include a 60-day money-back guarantee. The 3-PC plan includes family sharing and lists dedicated support for all PCs. The latest release adds support for 39 languages. IObit Uninstaller is listed for Windows only.
Jharu
Jharu is a free desktop disk cleaner and storage analyzer for software developers and machine learning engineers. It runs on macOS and Windows and scans more than 25 known developer and machine-learning cache locations, showing per-item safety ratings and staleness. Its model view covers individual models from Hugging Face, Ollama, Whisper, PyTorch, and Keras, and distinguishes loaded models from downloads that have not been opened. A disk-analysis view presents contents as a treemap or list and classifies folders by type. Jharu can find virtualenv and conda environments, size their packages, and show duplication between environments. Its uninstaller removes applications and leftover support files, caches, and preferences; on Windows, it runs each program’s own uninstaller. Cleanup moves items to Trash or Recycle Bin, with a safety rating and confirmation, while operating system locations are protected. The maker describes the open-source app as having no telemetry. macOS users need to grant Full Disk Access for complete scan coverage. The maker says the app is not yet signed with a paid developer certificate, so either platform may display a security warning at first launch.
