IPRally is an AI platform for patent search, intelligence, and drafting across the patent lifecycle. It supports prior-art, invalidity, and freedom-to-operate searches, plus search agents and claim charting. Intelligence functions cover classification, monitoring, patent landscapes, and macro analysis. Search results link to the source patent passage or figure for evidence review. Every plan includes a continuously updated full-text corpus of more than 130 million patents across 58 jurisdictions. Access can be through the web product, API, MCP connections, or secure on-premise deployment. MCP connections are listed for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Cursor. IPRally states that it is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and does not retain searches or drafts. Plans target individual users, teams, law firms, and patent or trademark offices. Pricing is on request. Patently is a web platform with patent tools and AI assistance for searching, drafting, prosecution, oppositions, licensing, and litigation. Search ranks patents by relevance and includes semantic search that feeds findings into other patent workflows without exports. Create uses the Onardo assistant to draft claims, figures, and descriptions from invention disclosures. Mine maps claims against standards and technical documents and can produce downloadable reports. Rate supports shared ratings and configurable projects for FTO, landscape, novelty, invalidity, and competitor work. License provides standard-essential patent data and analytics across 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, and beyond. Teams can set custom project workflows, export to Word and Excel, and apply project-level permissions with ethical walls and confidentiality barriers. The Free plan is free for one user and individual use, including filtered asset search, Onardo chat, patent-family browsing, and asset-link sharing.
