In their own words
Ironclad
Ironclad is cloud-based contract lifecycle management software for creating, reviewing, signing, storing, analyzing, and fulfilling business contracts. Its no-code Workflow Designer routes actions, approvals, and notifications, with conditional logic for contract variations. AI features can assist with drafting, review, negotiation, and research, and analyze contract data. Ironclad offers contract lifecycle management and Clickwrap as separate products; Clickwrap embeds online terms in websites or applications and collects acceptances. The service supports web and API access. Listed native integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Slack, Box, Google Drive, Coupa, and DocuSign; iPaaS connections reach over 8,000 enterprise applications. Some integrations are complementary, while others are add-ons. Ironclad says data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest with AES-256. It reports annual penetration tests and quarterly vulnerability tests, and states compliance with GDPR and US HIPAA. Pricing is on request, and there is no free plan.
