iScape is a landscape design app for visualizing outdoor projects before work begins. Create 2D or 3D augmented reality designs using photos of a yard or job site, then add plants, pavers, furniture, hardscape elements, and other materials from its library. Share designs with clients, family, or landscape installation professionals for feedback. The free plan includes 2D and 3D design but limits database and feature access, including the range of plants, hardscapes, and products. Pro adds full access to the database and features, thousands of materials, image uploads, and a tool for creating customizable PDF proposals with pricing and business and contact information. Pro is listed at $29.99 per month; PRO annual is $299.99 per year. Enterprise lists multiple licenses, premium support, customization, and integrations, but no price. RoomSketcher is floor plan and home design software for making layouts, furnishing and decorating rooms, and viewing designs in 3D. AI Convert takes a JPG, PNG, or PDF plan and turns walls, doors, and windows into editable project elements in under five seconds. FloorCapture uses LiDAR on an iPhone or iPad to capture a property and produce an editable floor plan. Outputs include 2D and 3D plans, AI renders, Live 3D walkthroughs, and 360 views. Projects are stored in the cloud and available across devices; the app also works offline and syncs again when connected. It runs on Windows, Mac, iPad, and Android tablets.
