It compares IT cost, service quality and personnel productivity across an organization’s IT landscape. A website test run accepts company information and returns quick comparisons with industry peers. Listed uses include IT performance optimization, IT budget baselining, mergers and acquisitions, and digital transformation. Dashboards cover CIO, infrastructure, applications, digital, public cloud and cybersecurity views. CIO measures include IT spend as a percentage of revenue, spend per user, CAPEX versus OPEX, run/change/transform spending, user satisfaction and staffing. Infrastructure measures include costs, staffing, availability, utilization, provisioning and recovery times, and incident response and resolution times.
