Overview

ISPbills links billing and collections with network oversight, fiber provisioning and incident resolution. Its invoices can follow subscriber packages, billing cycles and due dates, with prepaid, postpaid, daily and monthly models. That flexibility suits providers serving customers on different payment schedules, while the additional network functions are most valuable to operators that manage their own infrastructure.

A branded subscriber portal lets customers check service, pay bills, download receipts and open support tickets. These routine tasks can be handled without staff mediating each account interaction. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Rangpur, Bangladesh, ISPbills offers cloud and self-hosted deployments; managed cloud workloads run on Microsoft Azure.

Key features

Subscriber billing: Automatic invoice generation and payment collection support multiple billing models. This makes ISPbills a practical option for operators whose customer base does not fit a single billing cadence.
NOC monitoring: Real-time device monitoring, traffic graphs, instant alerts and Zabbix support bring core operational visibility into the same platform as billing. NOC teams are a natural audience; providers that already have a separate monitoring stack may value this less.
Fiber operations: FTTH, GPON and EPON management includes ONU provisioning and optical signal tracking across more than 12 OLT vendors. That is a meaningful fit for fiber operators managing equipment and subscriber service together.
Integrations and API: The integrations catalog spans more than 68 connections across payment and SMS gateways, network equipment, communications channels and protocols. REST API v1 and v2 offer more than 200 endpoints, with HMAC-signed webhooks, giving teams room to connect ISPbills to their own systems.
Security and access: Listed controls include TLS 1.3 for supported web connections, encrypted database connections, infrastructure-level encryption at rest, tenant-scoped data isolation, role-based access, separate web and API authentication, and two-factor authentication support. Live support conversations use Intercom and formal cases use Zendesk.

Pricing

ISPbills has a free tier and paid plans from ৳2,000/month, plus a 14-day trial. The Free plan charges ৳0/month but has a one-time ৳1,000 setup fee. Its 100-active-subscriber ceiling and basic reporting make it a low-cost starting point for very small operators, while community support is a more limited support channel. It does allow unlimited MikroTik and OLT devices.

Starter costs ৳2,000/month with a ৳1,500 setup fee and supports up to 500 active subscribers. Billing and collections, customer self-care, and NOC and device operations make it the entry paid option for small providers that need the core operating toolkit. Growth is ৳4,000/month plus ৳2,000 setup, capped at 1,000 subscribers; advanced reports, inventory and API access justify it for teams needing more oversight and integration.

Business is ৳5,500/month with a ৳2,500 setup fee for up to 1,500 subscribers. Reseller operations, hotspot and vouchers, and payment and SMS gateways target providers with multiple distribution or access channels. Pro costs ৳7,000/month and ৳3,000 to set up, supports up to 2,000 subscribers, and adds advanced NOC monitoring, full API access and unlimited network devices. Each paid tier is capped by active subscribers, so growth can require a move up even if the feature set otherwise fits.

Scale uses subscriber-based pricing: ৳3 per subscriber up to 5,000 and ৳2.50 per subscriber for 5,001–15,000, with one-time setup of ৳5,000 / ৳10,000. It is aimed at substantially larger operators; above 15,000 subscribers requires an Enterprise quote. Enterprise has custom pricing, setup, onboarding and support terms. iPilot AI credits are separate rather than included in plans, so operators considering that capability should budget for an additional product.

Platforms

ISPbills supports Android, API, web and self-hosted deployments. The mix accommodates mobile access, system integration and operators who prefer to host their own installation.

Who it's for

Broadband, fiber and wireless operators are the core audience, including NOC teams, resellers, hotspot providers and card distributors. ISPbills is strongest where subscriber administration and network operations need to sit together. A small provider with fewer than 100 active subscribers can start on Free, but should account for setup cost; an operator needing a straightforward billing tool without NOC or fiber operations may be better served by a narrower product.

Pros and cons

Pros

Billing covers prepaid and postpaid service as well as daily and monthly schedules, avoiding a single-model constraint.
Fiber provisioning, signal tracking and NOC monitoring complement subscriber billing for infrastructure-owning ISPs.
Free includes unlimited MikroTik and OLT devices, which is useful for a small operator whose device count exceeds its subscriber base.
Broad integrations and a substantial API provide options for connecting payment, messaging and network systems.

Cons

Even Free has a ৳1,000 one-time setup fee, so it is not cost-free to start.
Active-subscriber caps divide the paid tiers, and operators above 15,000 need custom Enterprise terms.
iPilot AI credits cost separately, so plan prices do not cover that product.
Free relies on community support, which may not suit operators seeking a formal support channel at the smallest scale.

Alternatives

Telecom Billing Software is a useful place to compare the broader category. Choose Splynx if iOS support matters or a paid product with a free trial better suits your selection process. ISP Billing may suit a very small operator prioritizing a no-expiry free plan, though its free tier is limited to 10 customers. Consider Alepo BSS Now if subscription pricing that scales with business success is preferable. OneBill is another paid option with a free trial. AEX Software may fit buyers seeking per-active-subscriber pricing and a scoped proposal. Aradial is an alternative for those considering perpetual licensing or installment and lease-to-own payment structures. BillRun is worth considering when per-subscriber cloud pricing is the preferred model. PortaSwitch offers an unlimited, perpetual self-hosted license for buyers who prefer that structure.

Verdict

ISPbills is a strong fit for broadband, fiber and wireless operators that want billing, subscriber self-service and network operations tied together. Its breadth, API and fiber tools are the main reasons to choose it; setup fees, subscriber thresholds and separately priced iPilot AI credits are the reasons to look elsewhere or calculate the next tier carefully.
