iSpeech
iSpeech provides text-to-speech and automated speech recognition through APIs, SDKs, and online tools. Its speech API can synthesize audio with multiple voices, formats, bitrates, frequencies, and playback speeds, and supports MathML and SSML. The API can also transcribe submitted audio across multiple languages and recognition models; iSpeech says custom models can be created. The homepage lists support for more than 30 languages. Audio downloads are available in AIFF, MP3, OGG, WMA, FLAC, WAV, A-law, μ-law, VOX, and MP4 formats. Listed access includes Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web, Windows, API, and extension. The Basic plan is free for personal use, and commercial use is listed as available. Plus costs $2.95 a month, billed monthly, and includes 30-minute recordings, approximately 4,167 words. Premium costs $3.95 a month, billed monthly, with 12-hour recordings, approximately 100,000 words. Pay Per Use costs $50 a month for dynamic TTS usage only and includes 2,000 credits. TTSMaker
TTSMaker is an online text-to-speech service that converts written text into downloadable or playable audio. The web converter exports MP3, OGG, AAC, OPUS and WAV files and supports SSML. Its Pro information lists more than 600 AI voices in over 100 languages, with controls for voice emotion and speaking style. Named uses include video voiceovers, audiobook reading, education and training, marketing and advertising, customer service and application development. Commercial licensing grants worldwide, perpetual personal and commercial use of generated audio without additional fees or permission. Generated files and download links are retained for up to 30 minutes before deletion. The Free plan costs nothing and allows 20,000 characters per week, with 500 characters per conversion and 30 minutes of history. Lite, Pro Mini, Pro Max and Studio list increasing monthly character allowances, but no prices are provided. API access requires Pro or Studio and is limited to one request per second per API key. Platforms are web and API, and commercial use is allowed.
