In their own words

iVoiceUp

iVoiceUp is a whistleblowing platform for anonymous reporting, case management, and compliance monitoring. Employees can submit reports through web or mobile forms, voice messages, QR-code access, and live, AI-powered, or automated hotlines. Reporters can follow up anonymously in both directions and track cases. Case managers can assign investigations, manage evidence and internal notes, and keep case timelines and audit trails. Analytics include dashboards, trend analysis, processing-time metrics, and exports to CSV, Excel, and PDF. AI options include the Vincent investigator assistant, hotline transcription and categorization, sentiment analysis, and a reporter assistant. Workspaces and workflows can enable AI features individually, while authorized human investigators retain final decision-making. The product lists ISO 27001, SOC certification, encryption at rest and in transit, annual penetration testing, GDPR alignment, and AWS hosting. It says it does not store IP addresses or device IDs and that submissions are encrypted. Plans are paid, with pricing on request; on-premise deployment is available only on Enterprise. Whistleblower Software

Whistleblower Software provides a web-based reporting channel and case management for organizations handling whistleblowing reports. Reporters can submit anonymously or confidentially through a shared link or QR code, upload files, or use Report By Voice. Organizations can communicate with reporters after submission, including anonymously. Case tools include overviews, automatic delegation, access controls, deadline reminders, and statistics. Teams can customize the reporting page, questions, policies, and branding, and create separate links for branches or departments. The vendor says reports are end-to-end encrypted so that only the encryption key holder can view case data. It lists ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and an ISAE 3000 Type 2 report among its security credentials, and says data and backups are stored with AWS in Frankfurt. The system is designed to support compliance with the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive and US SOX Act Section 301, among other listed laws and codes. Core pricing for 0–49 employees is €99 a month, billed annually; a 14-day trial is available. Consultant-assisted technical setup takes approximately 45 minutes, according to the pricing page.
