JAGGAER Contracts
JAGGAER Contracts is a web-based contract lifecycle management product on the JAGGAER One platform. It covers contract drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, post-execution management and renewal. Clause libraries and templates provide pre-approved language. In Microsoft Word, the JAGGAER add-in supports drafting, redlining, negotiation, version control and approvals. A searchable repository combines full-text search, metadata filters and AI-extracted key terms. The system tracks milestones, service-level agreements and renewal dates, then alerts obligation owners. JAGGAER AI can extract terms, obligations and risk clauses from supplier contracts and compare clauses with an approved library. Native e-signature is included, with DocuSign and Adobe Sign integrations listed. The product page lists more than 40 integrations, including SAP, Oracle, Workday, SharePoint, NetSuite and Infor.
