In their own words
Jalios Intranet
Jalios Intranet organizes internal communication and can run as a standalone product, connect with other tools, or serve as a SharePoint replacement. Its CMS lets teams arrange pages and widgets by drag and drop, with more than 30 widget types, editorial permissions, scheduled publishing, and automatic content expiration. Articles can be directed to employee groups based on department, role, seniority, location, or expertise. Teams can schedule newsletters for chosen audiences and track open and read rates. AI features assist with article writing, summarize conversations, and add subtitles to recorded meetings. Video features include secure hosting, streaming, subtitles, chaptering, and meeting replay; event management supports online, in-person, and hybrid events. Integrations include DeepL, Google Translate, Microsoft Translate, Watson, and Microsoft Teams. The JMobile app provides smartphone access, and on-premise hosting is available for custom projects. Jalios says customers own and can retrieve their data and that it does not commercially use platform data. Pricing depends on product and employee count, with a personalized offer by contact; there is no free plan, but a free trial is available.
