TNC Track is a workforce management platform combining attendance, leave, onboarding, performance, projects, finance, and CRM. Employees can clock in and out on web, mobile, or NFC stations. Attendance tools include timezone-aware shifts, missed-punch alerts, overtime calculations, and leave-without-pay handling. Leave workflows cover applications, approvals, balances, accruals, regional holiday calendars, and a shared team calendar. Project features include a six-stage Kanban board, sprint planning, Gantt timelines, task assignment, timesheets, and workload alerts. Other modules include employee records, org charts, salary and payslips, invoicing, analytics, training, and company policies. The maker describes Manny as a GPT-4o assistant that reads company policy, answers questions, and drafts reports. The free plan costs nothing and includes five seats, with additional seats at $5 a month each. Other modules are free for 30 days, then cost $10 a month per module.
