In their own words

Jio CRM

Jio CRM is a cloud-native customer relationship platform for marketing, sales, support and other business operations. It is presented within Jio’s BSS offering for service providers and operators managing communications services. The platform supports lead generation, customer support, order management and document verification. Lead records can combine contacts, sales opportunities, service issues and orders, with interaction visibility for authorised users. Order workflows include customised bundles for new channels and IP-based services, automated tracking across systems and a view of the order lifecycle. Other processes cover order capture and fulfilment, trouble tickets, issue resolution, DKYC customer onboarding and regulatory document management. Jio says the platform implements L2O, O2A, T2R and DKYC processes. Open APIs connect it with Jio Marketplace, Product Catalogue and customer support channels. Guided complaint handling presents relevant customer information, while order history and sales statistics support operations. Deployment can use public or private clouds. Pricing is on request.
