Quire

Quire is project management software for organizing tasks and coordinating team work. Nested lists divide complex projects into subtasks, Kanban boards show work by workflow stage, and a timeline presents schedules and milestones as a Gantt chart. Project documents collect information, notes and updates, including task details, formulas, references and mentions. Quire lists time tracking, guest access and integrations with Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Slack, n8n, Zapier and GitHub. It supports CSV and JSON export, and imports from CSV, JSON formats for Asana, Trello and Todoist, as well as clipboard. Quire runs on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows and the web; API and extension options are also listed. The Free plan costs nothing and allows up to 10 members, four projects, 1,000 tasks per project and 400 MB per organization. Paid plans raise capacity and add views or features such as timesheets, approvals, SSO/SAML and IP allowlisting. Quire says it is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, uses SSL/TLS, and stores data in the United States on AWS with continuous backups.
