Workamajig combines project management, resource scheduling, time tracking, and accounting for creative agencies, in-house creative teams, and marketing firms. Its workflow includes intake, estimates, budgets, vendor quotes, reviews, proofing, and invoicing. Resource and traffic tools show workloads and availability and support assigning work across teams, departments, and offices. Accounting covers invoicing, payables and receivables, the general ledger, and financial reporting. Workamajig also lists automation rules and guest access. Integrations include Zapier, Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook/Exchange, and Slack, along with finance and media services.
