Overview

Jobin searches more than 2.5 billion worldwide contacts with AI filters and scoring, then supports ranking, profile summaries, lead scoring, and shortlisting. Its Chrome extension can bulk-source from LinkedIn profiles, groups, posts, events, and first-degree connections. The breadth is useful for teams running repeatable sourcing workflows; it is less compelling for teams that need only an applicant tracker or contact database.

Contact enrichment uses a waterfall across more than 20 providers, while outreach sequences span LinkedIn and email, with SMS added to Scale. API, webhooks, and MCP access give teams additional ways to connect the platform to their processes. BroadBean integration distributes job posts to more than 7,000 job boards. Google and Microsoft calendar connections support creating candidate meetings.

Key features

AI sourcing and screening: Search filters and scoring narrow a large contact pool, and candidate ranking, summaries, and shortlisting help prioritize review. This combination favors teams sourcing regularly over those filling only occasional roles.
LinkedIn bulk sourcing: The extension reaches profiles, groups, posts, events, and first-degree connections, making it useful when sourcing spans more than standard profile searches.
Enrichment and outreach: The multi-provider contact finder and personalized LinkedIn and email sequences support a sourcing-to-contact workflow. SMS is reserved for Scale, and the Free plan has limited outreach automation and enrichment credits.
Security and privacy: Jobin uses EU data centres operated by Google Cloud Platform and describes encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audit trails. It acts as a data processor and provides tools for access, rectification, deletion, and portability under the controller's direction.

Pricing

Jobin is freemium, with a 7-day trial and paid plans starting from $8.99/user/mo. Plan terms and quotas matter more than that entry price: the listed Modular plan starts from $11.99/user/mo, while Growth and Scale are substantially higher per user in exchange for larger enrichment allowances and broader outreach.

Free — free, Free Forever: Up to 50K contacts, 30 enrich credits, unlimited jobs and projects, and limited multi-channel outreach automation. It is a useful way to assess the workflow, but the credit allowance and outreach cap limit sustained use.
Modular — $11.99/user/mo starting from: 30 enrich credits and a choice of standalone modules. This suits teams that want selected capabilities rather than the full platform; it offers no larger stated enrichment allowance than Free.
Growth — $119/user/mo: 3,000 enrich credits a month, unlimited contacts, 10 connected mailboxes, and two AI reply intent triggers. It fits teams with regular enrichment and email outreach needs, but the mailbox cap may constrain larger outreach operations.
Scale — $179/user/mo: 9,000 enrich credits a month, unlimited connected mailboxes, full LinkedIn, email, and SMS outreach, plus dedicated support. It is aimed at teams for whom multichannel outreach and higher monthly enrichment volume justify the higher seat cost.
Enterprise — custom pricing: SSO and SAML, custom data retention, dedicated infrastructure, SLA guarantees, and 24/7 priority support. These controls and service commitments make it the fit for organizations with enterprise requirements.

Platforms

Jobin runs on the web and through a browser extension, and offers API access. The extension supports sourcing from LinkedIn surfaces; API, webhooks, and MCP access support integrations and connected workflows.

Who it's for

Recruiters, agencies, and lean hiring teams that source candidates at volume and want discovery, enrichment, screening, and outreach in a shared workflow are the clearest fit. Teams with light sourcing needs may find the Free plan's 30 enrichment credits restrictive, while teams needing full multichannel automation must budget for Scale. Jobin's security and data-handling approach may also matter to organizations processing candidate data under GDPR.

Pros and cons

Pro: Search, screening, enrichment, and outreach are combined, reducing the need to stitch together separate sourcing and contact workflows.
Pro: The Free plan includes up to 50K contacts and unlimited jobs and projects, giving teams room to explore the workflow before paying.
Pro: API, webhooks, MCP, BroadBean, and calendar connections support integration with recruiting processes beyond the core interface.
Con: Free and Modular each include only 30 enrichment credits, so ongoing contact discovery can require a higher-priced plan.
Con: Full LinkedIn, email, and SMS outreach is a Scale feature at $179/user/mo, a significant commitment for teams that need all three channels.
Con: Growth limits connected mailboxes to 10, which may be a constraint for teams running many parallel email accounts.

Alternatives

For a candidate-sourcing shortlist, see Candidate Sourcing Software.

Coresignal is worth considering when a paid, API-and-web option with a free tier and a 7-day trial is a better fit than Jobin's combined recruiting workflow.
SignalHire offers API, extension, and web access, with a free plan that includes five credits and ten free monthly credits through its extension; consider it when that lighter contact-finding allowance better suits your needs.
Hyranse has a free plan with five monthly contact credits and two AI searches, but no API or MCP on that tier; it may suit teams comparing a smaller free allowance.
Pin offers a free plan with five contact lookups per week, one job position, one AI Agent, and email-only sequences; choose it when those narrower free limits match your needs.
Sprad is an alternative.
Avery offers a free web plan with search across 125M+ vetted European profiles and ranked matches, but no outreach, contact details, or talent-pool access; it suits teams focused on European profile discovery rather than end-to-end outreach.
Nebula has a free tier with 100 verified contact lookups per organization, AI matching, email/SMS outreach, projects, and shortlists; consider it when that per-organization allowance is preferable to Jobin's per-plan enrichment credits.
TraqCheck NINA is an alternative.

Verdict

Choose Jobin.cloud if your recruiting team regularly sources, screens, enriches, and contacts candidates and wants those steps connected, with integration options and GDPR-oriented controls. Its breadth and free contact capacity are attractive starting points, but the 30-credit free allowance is limited for ongoing enrichment and full multichannel outreach requires the $179/user/mo Scale plan. Teams that need only a narrower sourcing, contact, or ATS function should compare simpler alternatives before paying for the combined workflow.
