Overview

Jobsoid covers the recruiting workflow from opening a role through candidate selection, with candidate sourcing, tracking and messaging, interviews, collaboration and reporting. A Chrome plugin can turn LinkedIn profile information into candidate profiles, while a branded careers site presents openings under the employer’s talent brand. This mix is useful for teams that want candidate intake and coordination in one system, rather than a tool focused only on referral hiring.

Key features

Advertising and candidate sourcing

One-click posting reaches more than 20 job boards, and free posting is also available to more than 20 boards. Employers can share jobs on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter and through a company careers page. That distribution helps small recruiting teams put openings in multiple places without posting individually, although the number of concurrent postings remains plan-limited.

The Chrome plugin extracts LinkedIn profile information to create candidate profiles. The product also supports candidate tracking and messaging, giving recruiters a route from sourcing to follow-up within the recruiting workflow.

Interviews and teamwork

Teams can assign candidate tasks, collaborate and share feedback online. Interview planning can connect Google and Microsoft accounts, which is useful for teams coordinating interviews through those services. Interview scheduling is among Jobsoid’s core capabilities, and the mobile app supports scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.

Automation and reporting

Workflow automation, resume parsing and reporting are part of the product’s feature set. Higher plans add more specific evaluation tools: Standard includes video screening, auto reference checks, questionnaires, reviews and scorecards, as well as EEO compliance. Those additions make Standard more suited to teams formalizing candidate evaluation than Lite.

Pricing

Jobsoid has a free plan, a 14-day trial and paid subscriptions. Paid prices below are per month; annual and monthly billing differ where both are offered. Subscriptions can be upgraded, downgraded or canceled anytime.

Beginner: Free. One job posting and one user account, with unlimited candidates and Android and iOS apps. It includes the software except for some paid-plan add-ons. This is a reasonable fit for a solo recruiter handling one opening, but the one-job limit makes it unsuitable for parallel hiring.
Lite: $49/mo (annual) or $59 per month (monthly). It includes three job postings, unlimited user accounts, advanced reporting and unlimited email support. This fits a small team that needs a few active roles and shared access; the three-posting ceiling is the main constraint.
Standard: $99/mo (annual) or $119 per month (monthly). It raises the limit to 10 postings and adds video screening, auto reference checks, questionnaires, reviews and scorecards, and EEO compliance. Growing teams that need structured evaluation have a clearer reason to pay for this tier than simply gaining more openings.
Pro: $249/mo (annual) or $299 per month (monthly). With 50 postings, unlimited user accounts, lead management, campaigns and recruiter CRM, it is aimed at larger teams with broader recruiting operations. The jump in price is substantial, so its additional capacity and tools matter most when the lower tiers’ limits are binding.
Custom plan: Custom pricing for more job openings. This is the option for organizations that exceed Pro’s 50-posting allowance.

The no-obligation trial lasts 14 days, requires no credit card and provides Standard access for up to 10 job openings. When it expires, the account automatically moves to the free plan, so continued use beyond the trial need not begin with a paid subscription. Partial service use and remaining subscription time are not refundable or creditable.

Platforms

Jobsoid runs on the web and offers iOS and Android apps; its platform coverage also includes an API and a browser extension. The recruiter app supports viewing candidates, creating jobs, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and team collaboration, making it useful for keeping hiring work moving away from a desk.

Who it's for

Jobsoid is a practical fit for small and growing employers that need several ways to advertise roles, a branded careers site and tools for coordinating interviews and candidate feedback. The free tier can cover a single opening, while Lite and Standard serve teams that need multiple postings and unlimited user accounts. Employers hiring at greater volume may need Pro or custom pricing. It is less compelling for a recruiter who only needs one job board or for a team whose work exceeds the applicable posting cap.

Pros and cons

Pro: One-click distribution to more than 20 job boards, with free posting available to more than 20, gives smaller teams broad reach without a separate paid posting step.
Pro: Unlimited user accounts on every paid tier let teams share access without a per-user cap in the listed plans.
Pro: The trial offers Standard features for up to 10 openings without a credit card, then falls back to free access automatically.
Con: Beginner permits only one user and one opening, making it a limited choice for team hiring or concurrent roles.
Con: Lite stops at three postings; teams needing 10 openings and structured screening must move to Standard, whose annual price is $99/mo.
Con: The stated refund policy does not credit unused subscription time or partial use, which reduces flexibility after a paid commitment.

Alternatives

For referral-focused recruiting, compare Employee Referral Software; for a broader category comparison, see Applicant Tracking Systems.

Refered is a paid referral platform with Starter at $99/month for up to 50 employees and Scale at $199/month for up to 100 employees; choose it when employee referrals, rather than job-board distribution and applicant tracking, are the priority.

RapidHR has a free trial and a Professional plan at $20.00 per month; it may suit readers comparing a lower-priced paid recruiting option, though Jobsoid’s free plan and job-board posting are differentiators.

HireZapp offers a free plan with one active job, 100 credits and ₹5 per extra credit, plus a HireZapp Career Circle; consider it if that credit-based free tier and career circle better match your hiring needs.

Sprad has a free ATS Core plan with a career site, Google for Jobs, pipeline and candidate management, team roles and analytics, and MCP / AI connection; choose it if those capabilities are the closer fit.

Zoho Recruit has a free plan for one active job and apps for web, iOS and Android, making it another option for a single-opening workflow.

ERIN has a free plan covering three referral hires; it is the more direct choice when the need is referral hiring rather than a general recruiting workflow.

Boon is another recruiting option with a free trial.

AvaHR (formerly VIVAHR) is a paid web option with a Lite plan at $119.00 per month, or $99/mo billed yearly, for three live job postings, one user seat, one location and one hiring pipeline; choose it if that package’s seat and location limits suit your hiring setup.

Verdict

Choose Jobsoid if your team wants job-board distribution, careers-page branding and shared candidate coordination in a single recruiting workflow, with a free starting tier and a trial that covers up to 10 openings. Look elsewhere if one free opening is too restrictive and the paid posting caps or subscription cost do not fit your hiring volume.
