Join
Join is an applicant tracking and recruiting platform for small and mid-sized businesses. It supports the hiring process from job advertising through application tracking, candidate screening, interview scheduling, feedback, and offers. Organic multiposting reaches 10+ boards; paid multiposting to 250+ boards is an add-on. Candidate tools include profiles, talent pools, structured scorecards, messaging, and role-based permissions. Job Studio provides AI suggestions and market research to help structure job ads. Interview scheduling syncs both ways with Google Calendar and Outlook. Its browser extension saves LinkedIn profiles to a pipeline or talent pool and works with Chrome, Edge, Brave, and other Chromium browsers. Join is available on the web, through an API, and as an extension. Standard costs €17.00 per month billed annually; Advanced costs €34.00 per month billed annually. Both allow up to 15 active jobs and unlimited users. The 14-day Advanced trial includes up to five active jobs, requires no credit card, and ends automatically unless a paid plan is chosen. Join states it is GDPR compliant, ISO 27001:2022 certified, and uses EU-primary hosting.

PostJobsNow is a web service for employers to send one job listing to a network of more than 100 job boards. Named destinations include ZipRecruiter, Google for Jobs, Jooble, CareerJet, Job.com, and the JobG8 network. Listings include sponsored placement on JuJu.com. Job seekers can receive daily email alerts, targeted industry newsletters, and mobile notifications, while employers can follow and manage candidates in a centralized dashboard. A posting usually takes 24–48 hours to appear across the sites; edits and removals take the same amount of time to propagate. Listings expire after a chosen 20-, 30-, or 60-day term and do not renew automatically. Single-job posting costs 199.00 USD once for 20 days, 239.00 USD once for 30 days, or 299.00 USD once for 60 days. Bulk packages are available for frequent or high-volume use, and purchasing one is required to receive its discount. PostJobsNow has no free plan.
