In their own words
JPCSP
JPCSP is a free PlayStation Portable emulator written in Java, with work on the project dating back to 2008. It is listed for Linux, macOS, and Windows; the download page specifically lists Windows and Linux builds in 32-bit and 64-bit versions. The v0.7 changelog records software rendering, graphics performance improvements, frame skipping, texture modding, and game pad support. It also describes automatic decoding of stereo ATRAC3+ audio using SonicStage and improvements to the integrated debugger. Ad hoc networking is described as working between two JPCSP instances, but not with a real PSP; PlayStation Network sign-in is unsupported. A compatibility page provides game listings. The site navigation links to a project forum and GitHub repository, and the site maintainer says downloads are imported automatically from JPCSP GitHub Actions. The listed graphics backend is OpenGL, with homebrew and cheat support. JPCSP has no paid plans listed.
