In their own words
Judgify
Judgify is a system for managing abstracts, awards, contests, and different kinds of nominations. It covers event setup, submission handling, judging or public voting, scoring, and reports. Organizers can configure registration and submission forms, set categories and rules, assign judges, create scorecards, and manage rounds, including judge abstentions. Custom reports and real-time analytics support tracking submissions, judging activity, and winner selection. The contest planning page lists payment gateway integrations including PayPal, Wirecard, Asiapay, and Worldpay. Judgify says the platform is ISO 27001 certified and compliant with GDPR and PCI DSS. It also describes encryption for stored and transferred data, daily database backups kept for 30 days, and AWS hosting. Judging modules are described as mobile-friendly and available for Android and iOS. The free Basic plan is free and allows 100 submissions per event, 5 categories, 5 MB files, and 1 private judging round. Pro is $699, paid once, plus an onboarding fee, for an individual award or event.

Campaigns may use a Woobox URL, embed on a website, or appear as pop-ups; a WordPress plugin supports classic templates. Selected plans add AI copywriting and design, interactive logic, and custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Integrations include Mailchimp, Constant Contact, AWeber, webhooks, and Zapier instructions. The free plan provides one live site, 100 submits monthly, and 1,000 views monthly. Paid plans are Basic at $29 a month, Pro at $79 a month, Ultra at $199 a month, and Max at $499 a month. Some Instagram features require linked business accounts.
