Overview

Project Hub combines project files, a terminal, task management and version history, making Kaiju Hub AI more than a wireframing product. Its development integrations and deployment options extend that workspace from planning through delivery. That breadth may suit individual developers and small teams trying to keep a project’s tools together; it is less compelling if the main need is an unrestricted free workspace or a design-only tool.

Key features

Wireframes and screenshot analysis

Drag-and-drop wireframing can generate code for React, Vue, Svelte, Angular and SolidJS. Sketches and images can serve as inputs, while screenshot analysis detects interface elements and can turn them into reusable wireframes or production code. JSON export and custom components help carry the work into other workflows. These tools make the product relevant beyond developers starting from a blank page, though the active wireframe cap on Free limits how much can remain in use at once.

Development and deployment

Project Hub includes Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex CLI and GitHub integration, along with SDK modes for Claude, Gemini and OpenAI. Supported AI providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek and Ollama; web frameworks include React, Vue, Angular, Svelte and Next.js, among others. One-click web deployment targets Vercel, Netlify, Railway, Fly.io and Render. This combination can shorten handoffs between project work and deployment, but it does not make connected AI usage free: prompts and project data may be processed by those providers, and users are responsible for their API usage and charges.

Media and mobile tools

Block Library supports image and video generation, with local image generation through ComfyUI as well as cloud providers. Pro’s mobile app can manage projects, files, Git, builds and deployments from a phone. That is useful for users who need mobile access to ongoing work, though the app is a Pro benefit rather than part of the free offer.

Privacy and support

The privacy policy says account data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. The terms say project files and data remain on the user’s local machine; connected AI providers may process prompts and project data. Pro includes priority support, and the maker offers a searchable support guide and contact form.

Pricing

The Free plan is free and allows 5 active projects, 5 active wireframes, 5 active block groups, 5 active plugins and 1 active marketing campaign. Those caps make it a practical way to try the workflow or keep a small amount of work active, but they are restrictive for parallel projects. Excess saved items can be re-enabled when slots become available, which is less severe than losing them but still requires managing what stays active.

Pro (monthly) costs 20.00 USD per month, billed monthly. It removes the active-item caps for projects, block groups, wireframes, plugins and marketing campaigns. Developers with several concurrent projects or heavier use of the workspace have a clearer reason to pay; users who only need occasional wireframes may find Free’s limits sufficient. Pro also includes the mobile app and priority support. Connected-provider API charges remain the user’s responsibility, so the subscription does not by itself establish the cost of AI use.

Platforms

Kaiju Hub AI supports Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web and Windows. This broad platform range is useful for users switching between desktop and mobile devices, with the Pro mobile app specifically extending project management, Git, builds and deployment to a phone.

Who it's for

Kaiju Hub AI is a strong fit for developers who want project coordination, wireframing, screenshot-to-code workflows, AI-assisted development integrations and web deployment in one product. It also suits users who can work within Free’s small active-item allowance or justify Pro for unlimited active items. It is a weaker choice for people who only need a focused wireframing surface, or who need predictable AI costs without separately managing provider usage.

Pros and cons

Pros

Connected development workflow: Project files, terminal, task management and version history sit alongside coding integrations and deployment targets.
Multiple paths from design to implementation: Users can build wireframes, start from sketches or screenshots, and generate reusable wireframes or code.
Useful local and cloud media options: Block Library includes local image generation through ComfyUI as well as cloud providers.
Pro removes active-item caps: Projects, wireframes, block groups, plugins and marketing campaigns are unlimited on the monthly plan.

Cons

Free’s limits are tight for ongoing work: Five active projects, wireframes, block groups and plugins, plus one marketing campaign, can force users to rotate what remains active.
AI usage can cost extra: Users cover connected-provider API charges, so $20.00 USD per month is not necessarily the full cost for AI-heavy work.
The workspace spans many jobs: Users seeking only a dedicated design or wireframing tool may not need its project, development and deployment breadth.

Alternatives

For a broader directory of dedicated wireframing options, browse AI Wireframe Generators. Choose Genspark Design if a free plan with 100 credits per day better fits a credit-based design workflow; its Plus plan includes 10,000 credits per month and 50 GB AI Drive storage, with price not listed. Miro is a better fit for collaborative boards and templates: Free includes 3 editable boards, 7,000+ templates and 250+ integrations, while its Starter plan costs 8.00 USD per month billed yearly.

Choose YouWare if web app building with up to 5 projects is the priority; its Free plan uses trial credits and excludes YouBase backend and custom domains. Jenova UI/UX Prototype Generator is a narrower option for core prototyping features with limited free usage, or higher usage limits and specific AI model selection on Plus at 20.00 USD per month billed monthly. Figma Make may suit users already focused on Figma’s AI-credit workflow: Professional Full seat costs 16.00 USD per month billed monthly for 3,000 AI credits per month.

Lucid Train offers a free, forever CLI with a full agent, local models or personal API keys, open-source availability and no account requirement. MockupTiger is another freemium option for mockups. Whimsical may fit lightweight diagramming and documents, with Free capped at 50 board objects and 50 document blocks per month, watermarked exports and 7-day version history.

Verdict

Choose Kaiju Hub AI if you want one workspace to connect project management, wireframing, AI-assisted development and web deployment, and can account for separate provider charges. Pro is the sensible option for sustained work across multiple projects because it removes the active-item caps. Look elsewhere if you need only wireframes, or if a small free allowance and potentially variable AI costs do not fit your workflow.
