In their own words
Kauna
Kauna is a free Windows music visualizer that turns system audio into animated displays and can also capture sound from a microphone. Its visualizations include Wave, which draws frequencies as fine lines; Confetti, where colored discs change size; and Bars, described as a rainbow spectrum analyzer. The listed choices also include Burning clouds, Plasma, Sound level meter, and Triangular visualizations. Burning clouds depicts illuminated clouds, while Plasma uses smooth color transitions. Sound level meter acts as a virtual device for measuring volume in decibels. Kauna provides a sound-level sensitivity control, lets users select the sound card, and can switch visualizations automatically on a timer. The Microsoft Store lists the software as free and notes that it offers in-app purchases. The available platform information describes Kauna as desktop software for Windows.
