Overview

A child profile can pair with multiple devices, including a mix of iOS and Android. That makes OurPact a practical fit for families whose children move between a phone and tablet or use different operating systems. The 20-device allowance on paid plans is generous for larger households; the free plan covers only one child device.

OurPact is a product of Eturi Corp., founded in 2015 and headquartered in San Diego. The company says personal information is encrypted and not sold or shared, and screenshots are kept in an encrypted gallery. These are meaningful privacy assurances for a service that monitors children’s devices, though the screenshots and monitoring tools make privacy a consideration families should weigh.

Key features

Screen-time controls and safeguards

Daily limits and schedules handle recurring rules, while instant blocking or unblocking gives parents a way to intervene outside those routines. The free plan allows five manual blocks per month and one automated schedule, enough to try the basic approach but restrictive for ongoing control. Device safeguards can prevent deletions and disable selected functions. On iOS 18 or older, tamperproofing prevents removal without parent approval, a useful safeguard on those versions.

Location and content monitoring

Live location, location history, and alerts for designated places give parents more than a current position, which can help families who want location awareness alongside screen rules. Content monitoring uses screenshots, OCR, AI flagging, and custom detection for harmful content. That broadens OurPact beyond time limits, but families should consider whether screenshot-based monitoring fits their expectations for a child’s privacy.

Pricing

OurPact has a free plan, a 14-day trial, and two paid tiers. The free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and covers one child device, five manual blocks per month, and one automated block schedule. It is best treated as a small-scale starting point: the device cap and block quotas are likely to constrain families managing regular routines across multiple devices.

Premium costs $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year, billed annually, and covers up to 20 child devices with screen-time management, location sharing, and device safeguards. It fits families who need multi-device controls and location features but do not need content monitoring. Premium+ costs $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, billed annually, and adds content monitoring while retaining the same 20-device limit and core controls. That is the relevant upgrade for parents who want screenshot-based content monitoring as well as schedules and location tools.

Both paid plans have monthly and annual prices; annual billing is the lower-cost term shown, while families who prefer not to commit annually can use the monthly price. A 14-day free trial provides a short window to evaluate the paid controls before choosing a plan.

Platforms

OurPact supports iPhones, iPads, Android phones, and Android tablets. Pairing multiple devices to one child profile, including mixed iOS and Android devices, is useful for households that do not standardize on one platform. The platform range does not include desktop systems.

Who it's for

OurPact is strongest for parents who want one service for recurring screen-time rules, immediate blocking, location awareness, and—on Premium+—content monitoring across several mobile devices. Premium is the more focused choice when location and device safeguards are enough; Premium+ is for families that also want content signals. The free tier is better suited to a single-device trial of basic scheduling than to managing a family’s full set of devices.

Pros and cons

Pros: One child profile can cover mixed iOS and Android devices, avoiding separate controls for different mobile platforms.
Pros: Paid plans include up to 20 child devices and combine screen-time management, location sharing, and safeguards.
Pros: Premium+ adds screenshot, OCR, AI, and custom-detection content monitoring for families seeking more than time limits.
Cons: The free plan is limited to one child device, five manual blocks per month, and one automated schedule.
Cons: Content monitoring is reserved for Premium+, so it is not part of the lower-priced paid tier.
Cons: The listed device support is mobile-only, so families seeking a single control system spanning computers should look elsewhere.

Verdict

Choose OurPact if you want screen-time controls, location tools, and optional content monitoring in one mobile service, particularly across several child devices or mixed iOS and Android hardware. Its main advantage is that breadth paired with a 20-device paid-plan limit. Look elsewhere if you need desktop coverage or want a free plan that can manage more than one child device without strict blocking quotas.
