In their own words

Kira

Kira is Litera’s contract intelligence software for high-volume, high-stakes review and due diligence. It combines predictive and generative AI to extract contract information, answer natural-language questions with links to source documents, and produce summaries or export-ready reports. More than 1,400 pre-built smart fields are available, and teams can train additional fields. Collaborative review grids support M&A, real estate, banking, and finance work. Kira detects and categorizes 40 languages, although most built-in fields target English; some also find German, Brazilian Portuguese, and Canadian French, while non-Latin and Asian scripts are not officially supported for built-in fields. The software includes controls governing where AI is applied and can run in the cloud or on premises. Listed integrations include Microsoft 365, Litera Transact, HighQ, and Intralinks. Litera says AI+ uses Microsoft Azure OpenAI services with confidential data not retained or used to train other models. Pricing is on request; web and self-hosted options are listed.

Pramata

Pramata turns contract portfolios into structured commercial relationship intelligence for business teams, systems and AI agents. Its Intelligent Contract Repository groups agreements into account-level document families and extracts contract data. Users can ask plain-language questions across related contracts and receive answers linked to source agreements for verification. Pramata calculates renewal dates from contract status, effective dates, terms and other factors, and says this tracking is 99% accurate. Agentic CLM provides intake forms, dynamic templates, automated workflows and Salesforce-native collaboration. AI Negotiator for Microsoft Word checks agreements against playbooks, flags risk and compares agreements with negotiation history for each counterparty. The platform supports approval workflows, obligation tracking, renewal alerts, repository search, native e-signature and API access. Integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Acrobat Sign, DocuSign, SharePoint, Google Drive, Box and REST APIs, with additional connectors such as HubSpot, Slack, Snowflake and Workday. Pramata states that customers receive dedicated virtual infrastructure, isolated database schemas and separate cloud storage buckets. It lists SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II certification, SAML single sign-on and identity-provider support. Pricing is on request.
