Users can log meals, track weight, and view progress; plans can accommodate up to six people. The free plan is billed $0 forever and allows three AI meal generations per month, with basic recipes, saved favorites, and a grocery-list preview. Pro costs $9.99 a month; Premium costs $19.99 a month and includes fridge or pantry photo recognition, voice input, family sharing, weekly AI insights, and a priority recipe library. The site says it uses 256-bit encryption, complies with GDPR and CCPA, and does not sell user data. It also says users can cancel anytime.
