Kreo BIM Takeoff
Kreo BIM Takeoff is a cloud-based AI platform for analyzing 3D BIM models, automating calculations, and preparing construction estimates. Users can upload IFC models and work in a browser without Revit or other software; the BIM Takeoff FAQ says the supported BIM format is only *.ifc. The product classifies model data using NRM1, SMM7, MasterFormat, and other international standards, then calculates measurements from 3D geometry. Reports can be customized and regenerated when measurements change, while teams can access reports online and discuss them in a built-in messenger. Kreo lists integrations with Contractor Foreman, Excel, PDF export, and APIs; takeoff items can be sent into Contractor Foreman estimates. Its REST APIs cover AI detection and measurement of 2D files and programmatic project, measurement, and annotated-PDF operations. Kreo says its cloud solution analyzes models, calculates, and prepares estimates 10x faster. It states that the product is SOC 2 Type II compliant, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and uses access controls, anomaly monitoring, and security audits. The Pro plan is $65 a month billed annually per user, with unlimited usage; a seven-day trial is listed.
