In their own words

Kronologic

Kronologic is a web service that uses AI to contact people, negotiate meeting times, and book meetings on the appropriate calendar. It is presented for revenue workflows such as renewal upsells, cross-sells, account reactivations, event and webinar leads, website visitors, customer onboarding, and support escalations. Messages are sent by email using the customer's templates and voice, with SMS as an option. Teams can review outgoing messages in an approval queue, hand replies to a person, and set contact caps, opt-out handling, and suppression. Kronologic pulls live segments from Salesforce or HubSpot and returns meeting and outcome activity to the CRM. HubSpot is available from Pro upward and Salesforce from Team upward. The Free plan is free and includes a booking page, Google Calendar, and two meeting types. Pro is $15 a month; Team is $49 a month. Team is described for sales, customer success, or account management revenue teams of 5 to 30 people using Salesforce or HubSpot, and its full plan is available for a 14-day trial. The service agreement specifies TLS 1.2 or greater for data transfers and AES-256 or greater for stored data.

Sidekick Scheduling

Sidekick Scheduling helps coordinate meetings through scheduling pages, email requests, and calendar automation. It finds meeting times that work for Sidekick users and can send meeting requests to non-users for confirmation. Forwarding a meeting request email starts a process that checks availability, coordinates with the guest, and can book an available time. Sidekick can also create calendar events, send invitations, and send reminders before meetings. Personal and team scheduling pages let hosts set availability, meeting permissions, and preferences; guests can choose among in-person, video, or phone options when offered. Team Pages require a Superhero subscription, though invited team members can join for free by syncing their calendars. The free Hero plan includes one connected source and three scheduling pages, while scheduled meetings, groups, and contacts are unlimited. Superhero costs $5 a month and includes unlimited sources and calendars, unlimited scheduling pages, and Team Pages. Listed integrations include Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Thunderbird, Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, and Office 365. Sidekick is available on Android, iOS, and the web.
