Overview

KudosCRM is a customer relationship management platform for organizing sales pipelines and customer communication across web and mobile. It suits small teams that want to start with a no-cost plan and expand as their operation grows. Its clear progression from basic coordination to integrations and enterprise controls is useful, but the lower tiers’ contact, pipeline and automation caps call for careful sizing.

Key features

A visual sales pipeline, email sync and marketing automation cover the core work of tracking opportunities and following up with customers. The Free plan adds tasks, activities and one email inbox, which can support a small team’s basic workflow; one pipeline and 1,000 contacts make it a poor fit for a busy or multi-process sales operation.

Basic expands the working limits to 25 users, 25,000 contacts and three pipelines, and adds meetings, forms, invoicing and 10 automations. It is a practical step up for teams coordinating more activity, though the capped pipeline and automation allowances may become restrictive as workflows multiply.

Professional removes user and pipeline limits, raises the contact allowance to 250,000 and includes 50 automations. Its Kudos AI allocation, webhooks, API and lead scoring make it the strongest fit for teams that need more structured qualification or connected workflows. Enterprise adds SSO, SAML and SCIM, unlimited audit log and export, a dedicated customer success manager and a 99.9% uptime SLA; its 50-seat minimum makes it aimed at larger organizations, not a modest team seeking a few extra features.

Pricing

KudosCRM has a free plan and a 14-day trial. Free is free forever, billed monthly, and supports up to three users, 1,000 contacts, one pipeline, tasks, activities and one email inbox. That is a useful way to begin, but the small contact allowance and single inbox limit its headroom.

Plan	Price and term	Allowance and fit
Free	Free (billed billed monthly)	Up to 3 users, 1,000 contacts, 1 pipeline; tasks, activities and 1 email inbox.
Basic	9.00 USD per month (billed billed annually)	Up to 25 users, 25,000 contacts, 3 pipelines and 10 automations; meetings, forms and invoicing.
Professional	24.00 USD per month (billed billed annually)	Unlimited users and pipelines, 250,000 contacts, 50 automations, Kudos AI allocation, webhooks, API and lead scoring.
Enterprise	49.00 USD per month (billed billed annually)	50+ seats, SSO, SAML and SCIM, unlimited audit log and export, dedicated customer success manager and 99.9% uptime SLA.

Basic is the lowest-cost paid option, but its annual billing and three-pipeline, 10-automation ceilings matter for teams planning around recurring workflows. Professional is the more capable choice when unlimited pipelines or API access are important. Enterprise’s seat threshold and identity and reliability controls suit larger organizations; its price is also an annually billed monthly rate.

Platforms

KudosCRM runs on web, iOS and Android, giving teams desktop-browser and mobile access. That combination suits work split between an office and mobile use; no other platform is part of the stated offering.

Who it's for

Choose KudosCRM if your team wants an inexpensive entry point and can match its growth to the plan limits: Free for a small operation, Basic for a broader but still bounded workflow, and Professional for larger contact volumes, automation or integration needs. It is less suitable if you need more than three pipelines or 10 automations on a low-cost paid tier, or if a 50-seat minimum makes Enterprise too large a commitment.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free tier supports three users and includes tasks, activities and an email inbox, letting a small team start without a subscription.
Pros: Professional pairs unlimited users and pipelines with 50 automations, API access, webhooks and lead scoring, providing a substantial step up for teams with more demanding workflows.
Pros: Enterprise includes SSO, SAML, SCIM and a 99.9% uptime SLA for organizations that need identity controls and a stated availability commitment.
Cons: Free is limited to 1,000 contacts, one pipeline and one email inbox, so a growing team may outgrow it quickly.
Cons: Basic remains capped at three pipelines and 10 automations, which can constrain teams with several sales processes or expanding follow-up sequences.
Cons: Enterprise starts at 50 seats, putting its added controls beyond the needs of smaller teams.

Alternatives

For mortgage-focused work, MloFlo is a paid alternative with web, iOS and Android access; its SMS-only option is free with a $24.95 activation fee for 1–49 users, while SMS/MMS is 4.99 USD per month plus that activation fee. Choose it if SMS is the priority rather than KudosCRM’s broader CRM plan structure.

Mortgage Magic offers a free plan and trial and runs on web, Android, iOS and Windows; its Prometheus plan is 85.00 GBP per month and includes AI sourcing, a full CRM and compliance. It is a more relevant comparison for mortgage teams seeking those stated capabilities.

Total Expert has a complimentary plan with CRM access, inbound co-marketing connections, an open-house lead capture app and single-property websites. Pick it when those real-estate lead and marketing tools match the job better than KudosCRM’s pipeline and automation tiers.

Effi is a paid alternative with a free trial and web, Android, iOS and API platforms; its Professional plan is 180120.00 USD per month. Consider it when comparing paid options, but KudosCRM has a free tier and lower stated paid entry price.

Aidium is another paid alternative for readers comparing CRM options.

Viato offers a free plan on web and iOS, with a 49.00 USD per month Support plan priced per loan officer and 29 USD per month per operations staff member. Choose it if those seat-based support terms suit your team better.

Jungo is a paid web and mobile alternative whose Lite plan costs 96.00 USD per year per user, billed annually, with a one-year minimum contract and a $249 one-time setup fee. Compare it if a mortgage CRM and those contract terms better fit your requirements.

BNTouch Mortgage CRM is a paid web and mobile alternative; its CRM plan costs 95.00 USD per month for 2–10 users, with a 12-month prepay earning a 13th month free or a month-to-month option without a contract. It is worth comparing if a mortgage-specific CRM is your priority.

Verdict

KudosCRM is a sensible choice for teams that want a free start and a path to more users, contacts, automation and integrations without changing platforms. Its strongest case is the breadth of the Professional tier; its main drawback is the sharp gap between the modest Free and Basic limits and the 50-seat Enterprise threshold. Pick it if your needs fit those tiers, and look elsewhere if your sales workflows need greater capacity at a lower commitment.
