KWHotel is hotel management software for handling reservations, room details, rates, and guest records. Its desktop product is aimed at small and medium accommodation facilities and is deployed on-premise. KWHotel Cloud PMS makes reservations, rate plans, and guest information available from internet-connected devices, and syncs reservation data with KWHotel Pro desktop software. The cloud service can be used on iOS and Android through a browser or a home-screen shortcut. A separate Cloud Channel Manager syncs availability with online travel agencies; the booking engine is another edition-dependent feature. KWHotel Booking Engine supports nine languages and nine payment gateways and charges no commission on bookings made through it.
