L2L Manufacturing Intelligence

L2L Manufacturing Intelligence combines operational reporting with L2L Execution AI to help manufacturers understand shop-floor events and decide what to do next. It gathers production, maintenance, and machine data for real-time operational insights, while Execution AI identifies stalled actions and hidden bottlenecks and recommends next steps. Its Solver library covers machine analysis, failure patterns, preventive maintenance effectiveness, operational availability, spare parts, and dispatch summaries. The platform can suggest likely spare parts and fixes based on historical data. Reports and dashboards cover OEE, downtime, production, work orders, dispatch, checklists, Kaizen, spares, maintenance trends, costs, and summaries. L2L lists integrations across ERP, MES, EAM/CMMS, scheduling, SCADA/OPC, IIoT, BI, quality, learning, safety, and environmental systems. The cloud service is listed for Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. L2L says standard implementation takes 14–60 days and connects to existing systems without replacing them. Pricing is on request; its ROI calculator directs customers to contact L2L for a tailored quote.

OpSee

OpSee is an open, modular manufacturing execution and industrial data platform for factories, covering MES, OEE, historian, analytics and AI. Its data logging module connects to MQTT brokers, OPC-UA endpoints and industrial protocols, and is described as always free. The historian stores and retrieves time-series process data. Analytics includes trend charts, Pareto analysis, custom KPIs, interpolation, annotations and multi-axis support; OEE tools provide real-time gauges, production trends, downtime categories and loss analysis. MES covers production orders, operator screens, quality checks, traceability and material tracking. AI features include anomaly detection, predictive insights, root-cause assistance and plain-language questions about historical data. OpSee can run at the edge, on premises or in the cloud, with managed hosting options named for AWS, Azure and GCP. Edge deployment supports Docker Compose and lists a requirement of less than 8 GB RAM. Starter costs €59 a month per equipment and Pro costs €95 a month per equipment.
