ZeroTwo is an AI agent that takes a goal and authorized context, then plans and carries out work across files, apps, tools, and web resources. It can research, analyze, write, build, and check work, pausing for approval before connected-app actions that send, write, delete, or change records. Outputs can include briefs, decks, reports, spreadsheets, analyses, and applications with sources attached. Its deep research searches the web, processes uploaded material, compares sources, and returns structured findings with citations.
Projects retain files, instructions, history, preferences, and earlier decisions between sessions. Scheduled runs can handle recurring briefings, monitoring, and multi-step workflows. Integrations include Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Teams, Google Drive, Dropbox, GitHub, Slack, Notion, Salesforce, and others. App connections depend on the capabilities and rate limits exposed through each app’s API; expired tokens stop a run until reconnection. The Free plan costs nothing and allows 15 messages per day, one file upload per message, and limits on models, images, projects, tools, and memories. Plus is $14.99 a month and Pro is $29.99 a month. ZeroTwo says it does not sell personal information; Google Workspace API data is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
