Latitude
Latitude is an open-source, MIT-licensed platform for monitoring and improving production AI agents. It records agent interactions as spans and groups related traces into sessions for reviewing multi-turn conversations. Observe tools expose model providers, models, tokens, latency, cost, errors, tool calls, user activity, and agent memory. Semantic search, behavior clustering, and signals help locate recurring failures; monitors can watch signals, saved searches, or raw traffic and notify users in-app, by email, or through Slack. Failing traces can become datasets for local simulation and regression testing, while evaluations monitor live traffic for regressions. Latitude offers managed cloud and self-hosted deployment, including Docker Compose and Kubernetes options. Its setup guide names TypeScript and Python SDKs and recommends an OpenTelemetry exporter for other languages. The free Starter plan includes 20K credits per month and 30-day data retention. Pro costs $99.00 per month and includes 100K credits monthly and 90-day retention. Latitude says hosted customer data and managed inference are processed in AWS eu-central-1 in Frankfurt, Germany.
OpenPrompt
OpenPrompt is a free, open-source framework for building prompt-learning pipelines for downstream natural language processing tasks. It brings methods for prompt templating, verbalizing, and optimization into one framework, while allowing users to devise and test their own methods. It can load pretrained language models from Hugging Face Transformers. A PromptModel combines such a model with one or more templates and verbalizers for training and inference. Documented processors cover text classification, entity typing, relation classification, language inference, and conditional generation. Template options include manual, prefix, P-tuning, PTR, and mixed approaches; verbalizer choices include one-to-one, manual, automatic, knowledgeable, PTR, generation, and soft forms. The project provides scripts for downloading benchmark datasets and installation instructions for pip or its GitHub source. Its listed tested requirements are Python 3.8+ and PyTorch 1.8.1+. OpenPrompt is licensed under Apache-2.0 and supports Linux, macOS, Windows, and self-hosted use. The README cautions that some documentation may no longer reflect major project changes.
