LEAP

LEAP is legal practice management software for law firms and legal professionals, combining matter management, document automation, legal accounting, billing, and legal AI. Its centralized system organizes matter details, contacts, and documents, while listed capabilities include client intake, a client portal, time tracking, billing and payments, and trust accounting. Financial tools cover timekeeping, invoicing, trust and office accounting, online payments, bank reconciliation, and compliance reports. The product supports both trust ledger types. Its mobile app lets users manage matters, record time, communicate with clients, and access case information away from the office. LEAP is available on the web, Windows, iOS, and Android. Listed integrations include Microsoft 365, LawConnect, InfoTrack, LawToolBox, WealthCounsel, QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Zapier. Some integrations may cost extra; LawConnect and E-Billing are included at no additional cost. LEAP says its software is hosted on AWS and SOC 2 Type 2 certified, with encryption and two-factor authentication. Pricing is tailored to firm needs and available on request; a one-time implementation fee may apply.
