In their own words
Leemons
Leemons is a learning experience platform for managing courses, classes, communication, content, assignments, exams, learning paths, and student performance data. Its Learning Paths feature can align materials with a subject curriculum and combine quizzes, assignments, assessments, readings, and feedback. Quizzes support simple and multiple-choice tasks, maps, images, success alerts, and explanations for incorrect answers. The Library organizes tagged materials, links them to training programs and knowledge areas, and applies permissions by user profile. Tasks & Activities supports individual or team work with objectives, materials, evaluation criteria, iterations, and correction formulas. Leemons says it offers more than 40 tools and is customizable. It lists K12, higher education, vocational and corporate training, and nonprofits among its solution areas. The project can be self-hosted so users control where data is stored. Listed installation options include Ubuntu LTS/Debian 9.x, CentOS/RHEL 8, macOS Mojave, Windows 10, and Docker; requirements include Node.js 18 or later, npm 7 or later, and MongoDB. A free Freemium plan is available, with three paid plans described as coming soon.
