Mantle
Mantle is a web-based cap table management platform from Mantle Equity for startups. It tracks share classes and securities such as SAFEs, preferred stock, warrants, and RSAs, and supports option management. Mantle says its AI can read SAFEs, notes, term sheets, and other documents to help create an audit-ready cap table. Users can model fundraising rounds, dilution, and option pools against their real-time cap table, then download a cap table in Open Cap Table Format (OCX). Built-in digital signatures support issuing grants and agreements. Customers can add counsel and other stakeholders without per-seat pricing, and plans include unlimited stakeholders. Starter is free and includes SAFE signing and templates, vesting schedules, scenario modeling, law firm integration, and cap table exports. Essentials costs $1,200 a year; Growth costs $3,000 a year and adds an annual 409A valuation and VIP customer support. Growth+ has no listed price. Mantle states that it complies with AICPA SOC 2 Type II standards, hosts its platform on Google Cloud in the US Central region, and uses 256-bit TLS encryption for information moving over the internet.
