Leemons

Leemons is a learning experience platform for managing courses, classes, communication, content, assignments, exams, learning paths, and student performance data. Its Learning Paths feature can align materials with a subject curriculum and combine quizzes, assignments, assessments, readings, and feedback. Quizzes support simple and multiple-choice tasks, maps, images, success alerts, and explanations for incorrect answers. The Library organizes tagged materials, links them to training programs and knowledge areas, and applies permissions by user profile. Tasks & Activities supports individual or team work with objectives, materials, evaluation criteria, iterations, and correction formulas. Leemons says it offers more than 40 tools and is customizable. It lists K12, higher education, vocational and corporate training, and nonprofits among its solution areas. The project can be self-hosted so users control where data is stored. Listed installation options include Ubuntu LTS/Debian 9.x, CentOS/RHEL 8, macOS Mojave, Windows 10, and Docker; requirements include Node.js 18 or later, npm 7 or later, and MongoDB. A free Freemium plan is available, with three paid plans described as coming soon.

An AI-powered authoring tool supports content creation, automatic course translation in more than 45 languages, and video subtitle generation and translation. Rise Up lists ISO 27001 certification and GDPR compliance, and says its AI features are developed in line with the European Union AI Act. Platform data is hosted within the EU. The LXP plan is listed at £2 a month under an annual licensing model, primarily for organisations and training providers with more than 300 learners. Ecosystem pricing is custom; pricing is also available on request, with a 30-day trial.
