In their own words

LegalSifter

LegalSifter’s ReviewPro applies a company’s legal and risk positions to contracts and creates tracked-change drafts. Edits can include plain-English explanations and optional comments for the counterparty. ReviewPro Assistant can draft terms and make custom edits through a conversational interface. More than 100 standard playbooks are included, and users can build their own from templates, past redlines, or policy documents. Add-ins bring the product into Microsoft Word and Google Docs. The wider contract workflow includes a searchable repository, intake, ticketing, Kanban, approval workflows, obligation tracking, renewal alerts, AI contract review, native e-signature, and a workflow builder. LegalSifter says ReviewPro is hosted on AWS and is SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant. The product is aimed at CFOs, COOs, and operations leads responsible for contracts; legal training is not required. Standard implementation and onboarding are included. The web product has paid annual plans, with listed prices ranging from $2,750 a year to $40,000 a year. A free trial runs for seven days and covers up to 20 contracts; it requires a company email and is limited to the US, Canada, and the European Union.
