In their own words
LegendKeeper
LegendKeeper is a web-based collaborative workspace for worldbuilding and RPG campaign management. Its wiki supports nested pages, rich-text editing, auto-linking, templates, tags, and shortcuts. Maps can be nested and linked to wiki articles, with uploads up to 14K pixels and 100 MB. Timelines offer chronicle, Gantt chart, and calendar views, plus custom calendar systems and linked timelines. Collaborative whiteboards support sketches, flow charts, DM screens, and pointcrawls connected to project pages. Projects are private by default and allow real-time collaboration, public sharing, granular permissions, and secrets. Users can import Markdown, Obsidian, WorldAnvil, Google Docs, and other formats, then export projects. The browser app stores wiki and atlas edits locally for later syncing, but unsynced offline changes can be lost if browser data is cleared. LegendKeeper is not a virtual tabletop and is intended to be used alongside tools such as Foundry or Roll20. It is described as being in open beta, with some core features still planned. Basic is free; Pro costs $7.50 per month billed annually.
Nectory
Nectory is a documentation platform for Minecraft servers, Roblox games, and other game creators. Its block editor supports headings, callouts, tables, code blocks, and images, with drag-and-drop content organization. Teams can publish searchable wiki spaces, assign roles such as owner, admin, editor, contributor, and viewer, or keep private spaces behind authentication with fine-grained access controls. Full-text search spans pages within a space. Nectory supports Discord webhook notifications and generic signed JSON webhooks for HTTP endpoints. Public pages can collect helpfulness ratings, optional reader feedback, and threaded comments. Themes include fourteen presets and controls for colors, fonts, layout, and content density; Pro adds custom CSS and custom domains. The free plan includes one wiki space, three team members, 1 GB storage, public wikis, search, and a draft-and-publish workflow. Pro costs $4.99 a month, or $49.99 per year, and includes 25 spaces, unlimited members, and 5 GB storage.
