Mortgage Magic
Mortgage Magic is a mortgage CRM, sourcing and compliance platform for UK mortgage advisers, broker networks, mortgage clubs and lenders. It combines pipeline management, task automation, document handling, a client diary and team collaboration with live lender criteria, whole-of-market product access and one-click sourcing through an AI sourcing engine. Compliance tools include automated file checks, FCA audit trails, SMCR management and RegData submissions. Clients can use a white-labelled mobile app to track mortgages, upload documents and communicate securely. Its Secure Portal includes AI Lender Connect, which analyzes lender forms and transfers case data to lender portals. The maker lists Android, iOS, web and Windows platforms; the Secure Portal is also available as a Windows 10/11 64-bit installer or as a PWA. Mortgage Magic lists a free plan and trial, and its Prometheus plan costs £85 a month. It says it uses UK cloud infrastructure, role-based permissions, regular third-party penetration testing and AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit.
