In their own words
Lerna
Lerna is a free, open-source build system for managing and publishing JavaScript and TypeScript packages from one repository. It runs commands across projects in an efficient order and can parallelize tasks, cache results, and distribute work across machines. When task files and terminal output are already in its computation cache, Lerna can restore them instead of rerunning the task. It manages package versioning and npm publishing, with fixed or independent versioning workflows, and includes an interactive graph for viewing workspace structure and dependencies. Lerna uses Nx to identify workspace packages and dependencies and to run scripts with parallelism, caching, and distribution. It supports npm, yarn, pnpm, and bun; dependency installation and linking should be handled through those package managers’ workspace features. Nx Cloud has a free Hobby plan, a Team plan at $29 a month, and Enterprise with custom pricing. For closed-source projects, Nx Cloud provides the first 500 computation hours per month free, then charges $1 per computation hour. Its Hobby plan includes 50,000 credits monthly, five contributors, 10 concurrent CI connections, and community support.
Relic
Relic is a clipboard manager that captures copied items on desktop and syncs them across devices. On phones, users must share items to Relic or use a shortcut or tile. Search can use text, meaning, date phrases and text extracted from screenshots. Tagging, OCR, image captioning and semantic search run on the user's device, without cloud AI. Vault items can be titled, tagged, annotated, saved and given reminders. A command-line tool can read and search a vault, and the help guide describes connecting AI agents to search, save and retrieve items. Relic encrypts content on-device with XChaCha20-Poly1305 and derives the wrapping key using Argon2id; the server stores encrypted content. The maker says it cannot read content, titles, notes or tags, while collecting service metadata such as account email and item counts. The apps, sync server, encryption code and self-host stack are open source. Self-hosting is free under AGPL-3.0. The hosted Free plan supports three synced devices and 250 MB; Pro is $5 a month billed yearly, or $7 month to month.
