LinkSquares

LinkSquares is a cloud-based AI contract management platform supporting work from intake and review through execution, analysis, and renewal. Its Analyze product stores contracts in a central repository, organizes them with AI, and extracts data for search and reporting. Smart Values can extract more than 100 pieces of contract metadata, while OCR turns scanned PDFs, faxes, and document photographs into searchable text. For drafting and approvals, LinkSquares offers customizable templates, a Clause Library, and automated approval workflows. Its AI Legal Assistant can answer legal questions with citations, apply playbook-based redlines, draft agreements and amendments, and analyze multiple agreements; account activation is required, and it can analyze up to five selected agreements at a time. The platform also lists built-in e-signature, renewal tracking, and API access. It is available on web, macOS, Windows, and by API, with integrations including Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Word, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Google Drive, SharePoint, and others. LinkSquares lists TLS 1.2 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, AWS hosting, audit logs, and SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 measures. Pricing is on request.
