Logitude
Logitude is freight forwarding software for consolidators, import/export managers, NVOCCs, and freight forwarding businesses. It brings shipment handling, quotes, billing, follow-ups, reporting, and communications together, with booking management, document management, customs workflows, and carrier rate management. Forwarders can offer customers real-time online shipment tracking and self-service visibility. Automated processes are intended to reduce human errors and improve operational efficiency.
The web-based service requires an internet connection; its HTML5 version supports Chrome, Firefox, and Opera, and listed platforms are web and iOS. Accounting integrations include QuickBooks Online, Exact Global, Exact Online, Snelstart, and others, plus a generic interface. Security controls include SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, role permissions, activity logging, firewalls, and intrusion detection and prevention. Logitude says it is working toward SOC 2 Type II certification. Smart costs $75 a month per user and Professional costs $99 a month per user. A 14-day trial is available; there is no free plan.
