Parabol
Parabol is an online agile meeting tool for retrospectives, sprint poker estimation, check-ins, stand-ups, and other team meetings. Guided activities include discussion threads, takeaway tasks, anonymity, icebreakers, and time-boxed discussions. Teams can open activities early, set participation deadlines, and contribute asynchronously. The free Starter plan supports two teams, up to 10 meetings per month, 30 days of meeting history, unlimited users, and two custom templates. Team and Enterprise plans include Team Health, with anonymous checks across five categories and trend lines. Integrations listed include Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Zoom, Linear, Azure DevOps, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Mattermost, and Google Calendar. Parabol says its code is open source, it maintains SOC 2 Type 2 certification, encrypts user data and backups, and is GDPR compliant. It says customer data is not used to train AI models.
