In their own words
Linguana
Linguana translates and localizes websites, with integrations for Webflow, Framer, Carrd, Wix, WordPress and Kajabi. It combines AI translation with manual editing: AI uses Google Cloud Translations at one credit per translated word, while manual translations do not consume credits. Linguana lists 109 languages for AI translation. It can localize URL slugs and metadata, and parse page titles, media files and alt tags for multilingual SEO. Website content is cached and translated static pages are served from its CDN. Setup is described as a no-code process, but website changes must be synced, translated and published manually. The free plan includes one translated language, one website and 2,000 AI credits, with no custom domains. The yearly pricing view lists Starter at $19 a month for three languages, one website, custom domains and 10,000 credits. Included AI credits are a one-time grant and do not renew; pricing lists no charges per page or visitor.
SimpleLocalize
SimpleLocalize helps teams manage software translations and automate localization workflows. Its web translation editor offers customizable views, collaboration features, and word and character counters. Teams can use AI and machine auto-translation, no-code workflow automations, and host project translations behind a CDN. Developer tools include a REST API and an open-source CLI for Windows, macOS, and Linux. The CLI handles more than 30 localization file formats, including JSON, YAML, XLIFF, PO, ARB, Android XML, iOS Strings, CSV, and Excel. Listed integrations include GitHub, Figma, VS Code, IntelliJ, Shopify, Webflow, DeepL, and OpenAI. Users can import Excel or CSV data and export to Excel, CSV, or JSON. The free Community plan costs nothing and includes 500 translation keys, unlimited strings, 10 projects, 10 languages, one team member, and a 90-day activity and history log. A 14-day trial is listed. All plans are subject to a Fair Use Policy, and custom plans are available for large teams and enterprises. The maker says data is encrypted in transit and production data is regularly backed up with encrypted backups.
