Listonic

Listonic is a grocery shopping list app for planning purchases and keeping them organized across Android, iOS, and the web. People can share and edit unlimited lists, with real-time updates and notifications when items are added or removed. Lists can be arranged by store aisle, alphabetically, or in a custom order. Item prices produce an estimated shopping total, and voice input adds items hands-free. Its AI assistant can suggest recipes and build lists from preferences and frequent purchases. Other features include recurring items, custom categories, notes and pictures, home-screen widgets, dark mode, and shopping-history-based product suggestions. Listonic says it is available in more than 40 languages. The free plan includes core features and unlimited lists; Premium removes ads and adds options to change currency and app appearance, with monthly and annual billing but no prices listed. The privacy policy describes encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and access controls. It also says user content may be processed for app functions and relevant third-party marketing information. Founded in 2009, Listonic is headquartered in Łódź, Poland.

mitlist

mitlist is a shared household organizer for people who live together, bringing shared lists, rotating chores, expenses and settlements, recipes, meal plans, a pinwall, and a calendar into one service. Household members can update shopping lists in real time, claim items, track prices, and sort a shopping trip around the store. Expenses can be divided equally, by shares, percentages, or exact amounts. Users can save recipes, plan a week, change servings, and add ingredients to a shopping list. During public beta, iOS and Android users can scan printed or handwritten grocery lists, with recognition and grocery matching running on the device. mitlist caches household information and queues many edits when a connection drops, though offline coverage is still being improved. It is available on Android, iOS, and the web, and can be self-hosted with PostgreSQL and an S3-compatible object store. The free plan includes all features for up to four household members. Premium costs €3.99 a month or €29.99 a year for one household of five or more members.
