In their own words
Litera CAM Litigation Hold
Litera CAM Litigation Hold helps firms identify, notify people about, track, and preserve information subject to legal holds. The Unified Project Directory provides a place to track holds across supported collaboration systems, while teams can designate custodians and require notifications, surveys, and acknowledgments. The module covers active matters and retrospective holds involving older matters, groups of matters, time periods, or custodians. Held iManage or NetDocuments content can be locked, declared as a record, made read-only, or exported as a snapshot to cloud storage or a network drive; held material can also be preserved in a separate repository. When a hold ends, firms can release the data and resume usual disposition policies. Litigation Hold is an add-on for CAM C3 and above licenses and is available for iManage and NetDocuments. CAM is a cloud-hosted SaaS platform with integrations including Microsoft 365 systems and file shares. Litera describes CAM as SOC 2 Type II compliant and within the scope of its ISO 27001:2013 certification and controls. Pricing is on request.
