LiveIt vs Tweek

LiveIt is a personal planning app built around time blocking, with tools for tasks, goals, recurring tasks, habits, notes, journaling, and focus sessions. It syncs with Google and Apple calendars and works offline using local-first storage, syncing when a connection is available. The free plan includes unlimited items and entries, core planning, journaling, notes, habits, sync, offline access, and all platforms; it has no ads. LiveIt is available on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and the web. Journaling supports multiple timelines, mood tracking, photo attachments, and quick capture. Notes come in text, outline, and collection formats, with bi-directional links; habit tracking includes daily targets, subtasks, streaks, KPIs, and goal links. Users can export their data, while photos and attachments sync through existing Google Drive or iCloud storage. Pro costs $19.99 per year and includes a 14-day trial, end-to-end encryption, a built-in timer, advanced task features, and priority support. A Lifetime plan costs $99.00 once and includes Pro features and future updates. Each person needs an account; LiveIt is designed for individuals, not teams.

Tweek is a minimal weekly planner and to-do list app with week, month, and day views. Tasks can carry color tags, notes, files, images, subtasks, and recurring schedules. Reminders can arrive by push notification, email, or both. Calendars support real-time sharing and can be published on the web for viewers who do not sign up. Tweek runs on the web, iOS, Android, and macOS. Premium synchronization connects Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Apple Reminders; Apple Reminders can receive tasks through Siri. A REST API and MCP server provide task and calendar access, including use by AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. Free access costs nothing and includes one active calendar and two custom colors. Individual Premium costs $5.99 a month for one person; Family Premium costs $9.99 a month for up to four people. A 14-day trial is listed. Export to XML, TXT, CSV, or ICS is available only on the web version.
